Alfredo Carajillo, PT

Alfredo Carajillo aka Pedro Sousa originally trained as a sculptor and illustrator at the Fine-Arts faculty and at Ar.Co., Lisbon. His initial interests were in creating kinetic-sound installations but he now focuses predominately on live sound and music, playing guitar, saxaphone and electronics in various solo and group projects. He frequently collaborates with many of the artists working in Lisbon’s jazz and improvised music scene. Over the years he has taken part in Oto – an all electronics trio, launched at the Serralves Institute, Oporto and has participated several times in the Variable Geometry Orchestra (VGO) under the directed by Ernesto Rodrigues.
